Washington & Colorado are the only states that weed is legal. It's only been decriminalized here and if we ever do manage to get it together and follow suit like WA & CO, we will climb out of debt.

cali voters need to stop voting for movie stars period...the country went to hell under Reagan, trickle down economics, massive deficit spending, and rise to the "moral majority" and neoconservatives...

hopefully, Americans learned and won't vote for Arnold if he ever decides to run for President...

Considering the governor we had at the time, he was probably the best option out of a terrible field. We could barely get consistent electricity on hot days in the state 10-12 years ago.

Unfortunately though, Schwarzenegger took an about face on the future planning initiatives of the state and doubled down on the CARB carbon control
