October Sports Appreciation Thread

A good month all around sports wise imo.

Baseball playoffs going on, NFL every Sunday, Monday, and Thursday, the NHL starting up for the few members on here that like hockey, NBA preseason and regular season starting at the end of the month and college football every Saturday.

Probably the most busy month of the year sports wise imo.

Totally forgot about epl, my soccer knowledge is minimal, but only in October can you go to a dodgers playoff game on a Friday, see the jets lose live 31-0 on a Sunday, catch a kings game on Wednesday, and see a laker game at the end of the month lol.

Sharks and Ducks winning in shootouts. Leafs in OT, flipping the script it seems tonight and against the Rangers.

No disrespect, per se.  I just am a casual hockey fan.  A hockey fan that doesn't enjoy the fact that the season seems like it is 11 months long.

In with you Cru, I'm a big wine guy, majority reds. Always liked it but a trip to Napa turned it up to another level. Sometimes people give you a weird look when a guy says he likes wine (shrugs)
