has anyone ever done any paypal transactions with anyone with an email at 126.com. looks very shady. he's buying my shoes and he even texted me a screenshot of paypal transactions.

i translated 126.com and it looks like a free mail site.

A quick google search just says 126.com is a popular email service provider in China. I wouldn't say it's a scam based on the email address.
You could send the invoice and see what happens.

I was going to say the same thing and don't send overseas which is what he is probably about to do
use PayPal shipping . ship to confirm address and use tracking and signature. take pic of shoes in box with date and time and your good to go
