I usually just bbq chicken or ribs cuz most people like it...but I use this recipe.
If u want to try it go ahead if not its okay.

2 cups banana ketchup (found at asian grocery)

1 cup brown sugar....1 cup lemon juice...1 minced garlic head....1 onion minced....1/4 cup siracha (or more for heat)....1 teaspoon ground black pepper....1 can of sprite.

Marinate overnight 8)

Lookin 4 some new stuff to try.

I call this the deal sealer. Unfortunately, the last three times I've decicded to cook this for a young lady, she became my gf, or we got really serious...smh.

Italian Sausage/ Turkey Lasagna

1lb of Ground Turkey
2-3 links of Italian Sausage
1 tsp of:
Black Pepper
Salt
Oregano
Sugar (just a pinch)
(I have no ******* clue how much I put in there, just quoted 1tsp.)

Lasagna Noodles
Ricoti
Cheeses:
Italian
Motzorella
(Whatever else as far as cheeses go, usually of Italian variety)

Rago
Egg

I'm tiered of typing now. But you basically cook all of that. There's some thing about that mix which causes the yambs to moisten up, idk.

Cranberry sauce glazed Cornish hens
Or my homemade Mac n cheese
Or homemade au gratin potatoes
Man it feels good being able to throw down in the kitchen :pimp:

Just tip add some basil in one of ur layers preferably the cheese layers
And turkey is good but why use turkey if u adding pork
Ur defeating the purpose
Turkey has less fat which has less flavor
Might as well use ground beef and sausage
Give it MORE flavor if u feel me
Also turkey tends to dry out
Especially since u have to brown it
THEN
Bake it
Gives it more time to dry out
In a pan add about a teaspoon or 2 of olive oil and some nice minced garlic
A few cloves will do sautée it a lil
Then Add ground beef and ground sausage and brown them together in that pan
Gonna be :pimp:
Also with ur ricotta
Crack a egg and add chopped parsley to it
Mix it all together then add ur Parmesan to it
I'm telling u man it's gonna be ON POINT
though I'm sure urs already be good
Just try a few of my tips

lasagna.

replace the ricotta cheese with cottage cheese.

Is this legit??? :nerd:
I'm tempted to try it

super legit.

literally, my go-to dish.

when I eat it at restaurants I eat it with ricotta, but homemade, strictly cottage cheese.

might sound weird, but its AWESOME. I dig it a lot better than ricotta..
