You do know that you do not have to accept Social Security, correct? 

There are many principles of socialism that are at work in the United States that are socialist, those like the FDA.

Do you not WANT that sort of socialism as well?

Why the * would I not accept SS after I got * out of my money for 50 years? How stupid is that? It is irrelevant, though. SS will be broke and I will have effectively shredded several tens of thousands of dollars. That's how well the one definitively socialist program in this country works.

Any counterpoints to your position on President Obama, and White privilege, have been proven correct through your usage of selective reasoning.

Oneilmatt downplayed slavery by saying that black people would be living in huts in Africa if they weren't enslaved and brought here. Trying to explain anything to a broke Midwestern hick obsessed with Russian Neo Nazi culture (based on his self description) is pointless

I was going to edit my first response but I decided to just reply again.

"Poor white people get no sympathy" is one of the things that was said that I reply to and I thought about it and came to the conclusion that you would have to be out of your mind to think that anyone would,espacially someone who is oppressed or whose family comes from oppressed state which they fault of their own in or you're so far removed until your speaking from that same place "white priviledge "that your ancestors did it's just that it's 2014 soon to be 2015.
Sympathy?ha funny because the wealthy do their own oppressing but the poor whites of America have done some of the most atrocious,unhuman things to other human beings ever and if being poor which I am brings that out of you and on to someone else you don't deserve sympathy you deserve worse than what has been dished out.

Theme of thread is white privilege, just pointing out another example. Black group was created to protect and assist while the white group was created to terrorize. The black group was demonized and dismantled while the white one is still alive today.

Social security is a socialist program, no doubt. It is also more or less defunct. By the time I would even be able to reap those benefits, it will be totally broke and I will get nothing. If by some miracle it was available, would I accept it. Absolutely, considering I paid into it my entire life. Personally I don't believe that should be mandatory either. I'd rather keep that money in a bank or under my mattress so I know I'll get it back.

why is it so hard for white people to admit that from a historical standpoint, they have systematically hindered various groups of people.

also if a majority of white people did come out and say that white privilege does exist, what's next?

No oneillmatt but isn't this kinda grouping an entire race as all doing the same thing.

In this thread, I think it was comparison ford who is white and acknowledged everything you claim white people as a whole don't acknowledge.

I get what your trying to say but yeah.

also how do people feel about the statement of "I dont see race" I feel as though its just another tool to disregard certain groups existence.
