ATM's wouldn't even be worthy. You'd have unlimited access to every checking, savings, and money market account in the world. You could literally control the stock market and do as you please.
It wouldn't be illegal because you are not benefiting from 'inside' information. No one is furnishing you with illegally obtained information, you are simply 'forecasting', albeit rather accurately. And if someone took me to court over that I could find a lawyer who could argue my defense rather saliently.
