Saw all of the all-stars at adidas gift suite and picked up the shell toe rose and new boost Futurestar. IMO, the Wall is the best looks wise.

I see you are having the time of your life in NYC. Who else have you met besides Kareem?Got my BHM too and the quality, attention to detail and design is great. Very comfortable too if you get the right fitment. For under $100(considering they can be bought with discount), makes it even better. I want to get the Rip City but have my eyes on the grey/black toe pair too. Gotta keep these two pairs though.

J -- I think that's what a few of us have been getting at actually. Fit is pretty solid TTS length/width/overall volume but the shape of that heel is just awkward as hell. Completely agree that it throws the whole fit off

Yep, I knew there were a few folks not agreeing with "these run a full size big!" crowd. Just wanted to throw another fit review in the mix. Sucks because I wanted to buy these REALLY badly. Actually apologized to my manager buddy for making him bring them out and then I didn't get them LOL.

funny u say that cause back in schoo he was super chill. I was coo w a buncha bball team members and they lived above me. 2 would play Xbox n n64 together sometime. Would talk to him here and there. , coo dude but from what I heard when he entered the league and got his money.. Things changed

Not to get too off track, but I feel like it's a him vs. the media kind of thing. He's kind of notorious for being cold and standoffish with media members. Look up some of his locker room interviews and you'll see what I'm talking about. You don't really hear about teammates complaining about his personality, and KD vouches for him every chance he gets.
I don't know him at all, but maybe he just had a bad day or something. Or maybe he's just not nice to anyone outside of his circle. Sure can ball though.

In my opinion, I think he doesn't like the media because the media kills him literally every chance they get. If he takes too many shots, hes trying to take over for KD, if he doesnt pass enough, hes not being a point guard. If the Thunder lose, the media usually blames Westbrook. So I feel that he doesn't want to talk to the media and just wants to play and not deal with the "haters"
Westbrook seems to be quieting everyone with his play this year. He is a beast and playing like a top 5 player (statistics and efficiency prove this).
On a side note, dissappointed to hear about the heel fit on the lillards. I too tried them on and was unsure if it was just me or if that was just awkward for everyone. Witha ll teh great baskebtall models out there now, I couldnt justify buying these unfortunately.

Seriously, I'm getting these more because they are Lillards than because they are excellent performers, but it would be nice for them to be solid all around. I know the whole $105 price tag is cool and all, but I don't expect performance beasts for that price in today's age (except for CF Drive Lows). But how do they mess up something like this? Everyone and their mother is bringing up that heel fit. Does Lillard have some kind of rare foot/ankle shape or what? Maybe he uses a boatload of tape there so he wanted that area to have some space?

Tried on a pair in store today and just from a quick try on I'd say TTS. Didn't really walk around much or test the heel slip. Also saw the All-Stars and man it was hard to not ask for my size and leave with a pair. I just want to see how the Aways are before thinking about a second pair, but the All Stars are so damn clean.

Wore mine in a few pickup games today, no problems. But I have always understood everyone's feet are different.

anybody actually hoop in their lillards? I went tts, but taht heel is just weird.
going half a size down and my toe is right at the tip...but if they stretch after a while, i might just go exchange it.

i tried this going half size down from 9.5 to 9. Yup my toe is touching the tip of the shoe but i think going half size down is good just give some time to break it in.

I got wide feet so stuck to my Nike sz 12. A lot of room in the toebox, so I'll just have to tie them tight. Tried going with 11.5, what I wear for all Adidas shoes, and my foot started to go numb.

Same dilemma here and I think many are experiencing this...
I bought them to hoop in and went with the .5 down. My toes were right up at the front, but the .5 down helped that heel fit a little. It still isn't good. it's a shame because I feel like there is a lot that went right with the shoe. Just resculpt that heel to fit better and we'd be in business

With all of this heel fit drama, I wouldn't be surprised at all to see Adidas release a Lillard 1.5 ala D Rose's line that addresses that issue.
A lot of times the signature model has issues, like the Rose 1 heel/achilles area or the 2 outsole pattern, and the .5 modifies that area. There's a phrase for that in the tech. world but I can't recall it. Similar to how Apple purposely releases phones without certain apps or updates that people have to pay for later.

That's a good idea. Hopefully if they do it certainly does address the heel issue for those who are affected by it. I may be in the minority of those who aren't affected.
