The churros are like half cooked so they're still half dough, half crispy (don't mind). Good for a minute, until you taste past the cinnamon sugar and then they taste like modeling clay

This, same with these wannabe cronuts, they pretty much just drench them in cinnamon sugar but the overall product isn't great.
I'd rather eat a freshly cooked El Pollo Loco churros.

i've had some delicious legit cronuts in tokyo and some semi-decent ones here in hawaii. these jitb ones suck. not flaky at all. taste like something you buy at a gas station.
