you dont technically have to be a student.. just have a .edu email.. I finished grad school in 2012, but I still have my school email to get the discount..

I'm planning on grabbing an XB1 bundle this year along with a couple pairs of Infared 6's. Not looking forward to the BF crowds though. :frown:

I don't understand why you all are waiting for black Friday for this when you can cop now for just as cheap for these items
 
Hoping to grab a PS4 and a bigger Tv. I picked up a 2nd job just for the holiday shopping this year.

And honestly... To deny that there are great deals during black Friday is a little counter argumentative...

Because you can find some really great tech deals during that time....

Any body that denies that is just going against the crowd
 
I'm against shoppin on Turkey Day. Companies got folks workin that evening need to b stopped forreal...I usually hit outlet stores and best buy Friday morning
 
I get what Superb is saying. The price on TVs isn't drastically different on Black Friday. Same thing with a New Xbox or PS4. There have been bundles all year up to this point. These systems are brand new. Won't be any discounts this year. Not knocking anyone.

Usually the Monday before black friday, best buy puts there doorbusters online for people to shop.. that the extent of my black friday shopping.. lol
 
Oh ok I see what you mean. I'm Elite Plus too. I got all the door busters online the week before Black Friday. Got my sister that 55" and my niece the ipad mini that came with the gift card. Elite Plus is too dope.

plus the 45 day return policy comes in handy..along with price match.  that is the only part of black friday I participate in..

im not messing up my holidays waiting in line.. lol

Agreed. I get pretty much everything online. These stores suck in 100 people for a TV that only 5 can actually buy. Then everyone gets upset. Same thing every year.
 
All I said was I agree that if you pay attention you can get TV deals throughout the year. And console bundles have also been readily available. Not sleeping at all. Black Friday TVs are usually pretty low tier.
 
Will be copping an Xbone and a surface pro 3 this BF. I'm waiting to see if Microsoft is going to sell off the unsold stock of Surface pro 2's. If so I may get that instead
