Yes thats weak. That means you scared to confront the man so your resort to keying a car. The boss came at him like a G and let him knew he didnt like him and wanted to fire him, the worker hide out for a month then went and keyed his car. Girls do thatMake a poll. Yeah lets overlook the potential legal aspects here and the fact that me and him were in uneven positions of power.
If you got an issue with some dude on the street, it's less rules. In an office environment its different especially when you cameras in the place. If I were to have confronted him outside of work and beat him up, police wouldve been called, all he would have to do is look at my personal info on file and a cop car would go straight to my crib.
Are you trying to infer that putting hands on him and disregarding potential long term legal ramifications is more manly?
Is his threatening to affect my future long term earnings, by trying to con me into a forced resignation to avoid paying unemployment benifits and making threats to leave a bad reference if I didn't do so not a female move?
If you've never been in a similar situation you got no grounds to talk. I mentioned how I seriously contemplated physical violence on him but decided potential felony assault charges weren't worth getting my point across.
Would being a felon that can't find a new job when I get out of jail make me more of a "man"

That's irrelevant, any person male or female is capable of keying a car, and I would reserve judgement as to why they did it.
People vandalize cars of complete strangers during riots. is that a female move??
Like I said, I weighed my options, one way or another this persons actions warranted some form of payback. Being a street cat and assaulting him physically would just end up with him both costing me my job and my freedom.

AND having to pay for repairs
AND losing ur job over keying someone's car has me

You don't have to come to hands with dude to make a point. Could report it to HR dept or take legal action if you felt so strongly about.
If you seek revenge on everyone that wrongs you in life, you won't get far.
Also you keep mentioning how you could catch a case if you went to blows with him. What if you got caught keying his car?
Also a keyed car can be filed on insurance and likely with a low split so homie just got a fresh paint job. Going to vandalize? Do it right, slash tires bro.

I did it at a time where I knew I wouldn't get caught.
And to answer blaster, I would think damaging a car of someone who has done you no harm over a riot is way worse then doing something to a person who caused you harm.
Ill just leave it at this since no ones going to change my views and I doubt ill change anyone's view either.
If your one of those, be the bigger person, let it go, don't stoop to his level types, I can respect it, but ultimately I feel people need to be held accountable for their actions in some cases.

Everything Slam said man. Keying somebody's car is corny, real corny yo. Somebody keyed my car and if I saw who it was I woulda laid the hands on them on sight - just petty yo. Not cool at all
Let the situation handle itself: you did everything you needed to do already. Stated your reasons, tried to talk it out with him, etc. Keying his car is acting like him in a sense cause you're stooping down to his petty before as well. Talking about payback smh. You coulda got payback by without violence or retaliation. And the internet is a small place so if he wants to press charges he can - cause I'm sure it's somebody here lurking that knows you and saw all of your posts.

Worked at royal farms when I was 16. First real job. Getting paid 7.25 hour was great back then to me. Car went out and I was bussing it work. Anybody who caught the bus knows if one breaks down it can be an hour plus before its fixed or another bus comes. So I was late sometimes. My boss an old lady didn't like me for whatever reason kept cutting my hours for being late a few times. One day I said f it and left mid shift. Took about 3 pounds of chicken home. Carton of cigs and porn mags [emoji]128520[/emoji] gave no dambs that day
