surprised this thread is only 2 pages.

im in NYC and hes blowing up to be the "pop" artist of the next few years. like someone compared him to nelly which i actually find accurate.

love him or hate him you cant deny everything he puts out is catchy as hell.

is he not as relevant outside of NY/NJ?

Nothing about him reminds me of Nelly. You can compare him Future and Young Thug. Cats that can't rap or sing.

This is one of those artists that NT largely (going off of this thread) just differs from the public opinion on it seems like (shocker :lol: Mad old grumpy wall hugging ____s on here.)

I like the songs that have blown up, I think his music is kind of unique sonically, and I enjoy seeing him win. But I honestly have zero desire to listen to anything else from him that's out, and only a small interest in hearing what will come next.

I also find his verses to be a chore to listen to. I know he hasn't been doing this long, but goodness.

I think they are trying to position "Again" to come up next. I'm starting to hear it on the radio more now so lets see what happens.
 
i hope his album is cool , too many old songs , but i know what to expect . hes really riding the wave off of older music , i hope his new stuff is good too 

theres a lot of good joints by fetty that are flying way under the radar
