I get it but still it's nowhere near safe if it was to be in a collision. Does it have airbags?

regardless, it will never be sold in the usa unless it passes every crash test will fly colors... which from looking at it, it probably wont even get 1 star out of 5

I see the website but anywhere showing its been approved by the government for use/sale?

you can call it a motorcycle all you want but i dont see the government allowing these on the roads, i could be wrong though.

this wouldnt be the first company to try this

They're trying to roll these out by late 2015, so I'd assume that they're approved by the gov.
I'm not calling it a motorcycle, it is a motorcycle.

The gov allows worse things than "caskets on wheels."
