How? If you were to ask me the first thing I think of when I see the word lobo, I'd think of wolf off the bat. I just didn't see how it was a reach to think of lobo, especially considering it actually means something.
Knowing that some usernames might not make sense to other people isn't overthinking either.

You're right it is.
But when you're breaking down something to read it you typically do it in fragments which I read as "lobo" "to" "my".
Unless you're a doctor, you're seeing the words "lobo," "to," and "my" on a more frequent basis than "lobotomy".
