lobotomybeats - NTers names I've been saying wrong this whole time

You say this as if "lobotomy" isnt a real word.
You're right it is.

But when you're breaking down something to read it you typically do it in fragments which I read as "lobo" "to" "my".

Unless you're a doctor, you're seeing the words "lobo," "to," and "my" on a more frequent basis than "lobotomy".
You see those 3 words in succession on a more frequent basis than "lobotomy"?

OK

If we're going to run with that logic, here's a question: Are "lobotomy" and "beats" words you would frequently see in succession?

I was talking about the single individual words which I see more frequently than "lobotomy". I also pointed out that it's possible that usernames don't make sense to anyone other than the creator.

You guys are trying way too hard to slander anyone who at one time read it like that. This thread is supposed to be about usernames you've been saying wrong, not cop an elitist attitude with anyone who ever read "lobotomybeats" as "lobo to my beats". It's not that serious.

I thought for lobotomybeats it was meant to be said both ways.

No offense but the mycoldyourdone one just sounds done to me. I guess it's suppose to be like soaking wetodted.

That doesn't make your contention that you'd see "lobo" "to" "my" on a more frequent basis than "lobotomy" any less ridiculous.

Or even "lobo" on it's own.

Perhaps we hang with different crowds though. "Elitist" :smokin

And quite frankly, putting any word in front of "beats" is not uncommon at all in music.

So I still have a hard time understanding how anyone could "misread" that.

Putting any word in front of "beats" is acceptable and not uncommon? You mean like the words "lobo," "to," and "my"?

We get it, if you read it as "lobotomy" the first time, you're smarter than everyone who read it differently and those who did clearly don't know what the word means. Strong correlation there.

The fact that you're continuing your attempt to rationalize something that is clearly foolish with your first sentence.....

Is exactly what makes your 2nd sentence 100% correct.

Thank you for the kind words.

exactly ...

Cats want a trophy because they got it right

And condemn people that didn't.

Cats will find anything to argue about

I'm more familiar with the word "lobotomy" than I am with "lobo" being Spanish for wolf, but I still occasionally read his name as "lobo to my beats" for some reason.

The only one I flat out hadn't noticed was iYen. Always read that like "Eye-Yen" despite knowing that he's black and doesn't live in Japan.
