After getting the Laser, Im in no rush to even start a custom. This colorway is fire. Worth the 125.
 
Alright guys so i started right after i got out of work lol couldn't wait. soles is where I wanted to start, since hear that the dye is strong BTW they are not lying dont let it get anywhere i got some on the counter and it was a pain to remove had to use bleach.

I taped the mid sole just incase.

i hate the bottle the dye comes in, its difficult not to spill some lol

its a 50/50 mix on the solebrite and sole dye stir or shake, it should look like goop when you open it

light coat it first also use a small brush to get into the cracks of the sole and spread any extra dye around.

2nd coat looks alot better, i dont think its gonna get darker than this since its a clear sole

3rd coat i know its the other shoe i grabbed the wrong one and took it to the bathroom better lighting ill do 3 more coats see if i can get it darker.

My " pro tip" lmao j/k use a big cup if you have one just put it inside the shoe it will hold it up alot easier to paint

as for progress both shoes are going into there 4th coat of sole dye and sole brite ill continue tomorrow since its 3am here in FL. I wanna work on the sock liner and tongue not sure yet tho after the sole dye, lets see what I do.

I know this is silly but I posted in this thread about how the front toe box caves in on my pair. Ive noticed it on some other pairs online and it just makes the shoe look sloppy and unwearable.... My question is: can I do anything about this or am I out $200?

I wouldn't look at it as out $200, most pairs do it and it has to do with the mold style and leather that was used. Doesn't necessarily destroy the shoe. If annoys you that much I would sell them and cut your losses or return them if you can (depending on the return policy).
