Legit Check - BC Jordan 3 2011 Release

The colour looks completely off for me.. I don't know if it's just the lighting or the shoes. But that's the main concern for me. Also, the EP from the front pic looks too high. I'd get more opinions first.
 
Thanks a lot for your help so far - the EP looked off as soon as I opened the box, but the tongue looked good so I just wanted to make sure I wasn't just being paranoid before I returned them. 

BTW - for your reference, the seller was Detroit Kicks on Amazon. So a heads up on them. The shipment came from another company, Sole Ultimatum, for some reason.

I'm just now getting back into Jordans so I look forward to being on NikeTalk. Thanks again.
 
The stitching around the plastic eyelets is a dead giveaway. Plus the jumpman and EP height and the overall height of the left shoe. Not even close to being good fakes.
