A lot of the shows (Saved by the Bell, BMW, The OC, Degrassi) mentioned were cultural phenomenons and far from underrated lol

Skins. That show was dope...the first two series to be exact but if only they actually decided to air the original instead of a watered down American adaptation more people would've been down to watch it.

That 70's show might be goat.
Loved Boy Meets World (only counting the later years as a teen show though.)
Freaks and Geeks for underrated though.
Blue Mountain State too. Last two were really cancelled way too early.

I'm far from a teen but this was so well produced for a teen show that I couldn't stop watching.
If you have Netflix, give it a chance. But heed my warning: watch Seasons 1-4 then 7. Disregard 5 & 6.
