I would return them for you size. I have the same problem, and in the process of breaking mine in. The 0.5 up is waaaay to long and actually really doesn't help with the midfoot width issue.

After three weeks of hooping about 3 times a week, hardly any signs of wear on these beasts.
I did notice last night one of the "spikes" on the heel has some white peeking out from underneath like some others have posted on here. But with the grey, you can hardly see it.

I love this shoe. I think when it's all said and done, these will be look at as a classic. Simple but sexy much like most view the KD4s and Lebron 2s.
