you kinda had to know the wait would be longer once the kids got out of school/ppl out of work, but not that much longer. At least they served everybody that showed up before 7, I'll give em that. I know most hoh wouldve deaded it an hr/two hrs before if the line got crazy like that.

biggest release of the year for a lot of ppl hence the wait. Ppl brought their whole families out for this release

Kiddos will bot up and get pairs, and when the market floods (the majority will go to resellers), prices will drop about 2 weeks after release. The nickel and dime resellers can't sit on $200 for long. First few days, I bet you'll see $450-$550 depending on size, but they'll drop like a rock when the few who are willing to spend that kind of cash have gotten theirs, and the rest are there sitting.

I waited about 2 weeks on the 10s, and got mine (size 13 even which usually sell on the aftermarket for a higher price than most sizes) for $325 shipped. For a DS Doernbecher shoe...pretty good price.

Be patient after RD if you really want them, and you'll find a good price. If you have the cash/means to do so, donate to OHSU as well. Marketing schemes/shadiness aside, that hospital (and all hospitals that cater to special needs kids) really can benefit from any donation.

db 10s can still be had for $350 when you find the desperate dude that actually paid over retail to resell and is sitting on thousands of sneakers on credit. i'm still not thinking the db 8s can bring this to the "biggest release of the year" - i think overall crop isn't the best but yea janoski's look pretty cool for sure

Not even resale wise, ppl just like the doerbecher collection for themselves. These might even settle at 350 but doubt that's what they'll be moving for on RD.

how come no db collectors wanted to keep their 10s? haha we'll see... i don't think the db8s steal the show, it could be some dark horse like those db frees or something. no clue

CPU, RAM, HDD (SSD), ISP speed, even OS at times. (OSX v Win v Linux). Milliseconds matter when it comes to shoe releases.

DB 10s are the only deadstock jordan doernbecher model that you can wake up and find on social networks/ ebay for $350.. 1 out of 7 pairs..

i liked the galaxy doernbecher free runs from the db 9 release.very slept on .This db 8 is simply amazing.I deal with celebrity clients and Wale and Fat trel want these.You guys think i should charge Wale or Trel retail to get more sales down the road?

If you wanna get your name out there, you should give a pair for free to one of em so they could shout you out on social media or whatever. If you're gonna charge them retail might as well go resell. Most celebrities probably Dont even know what retail is
