NFL Week 8 In Review...

The best TE in football is officially bike.
Agreed, Jimmy did look a lot better last night.
I personally don't think their catching abilities are a straight wash, but regardless of who you prefer, I think we can both agree one doesn't have a sizable difference over the other in that category.

Blocking, on the other hand...

TE, not soft-*** receiver.
Why doesn't that apply to Gronk? He's made of glass.
Gronk missed the first game of his career in Year 3 Week 11 with the initial left forearm break. Year 1 and 2 he played every game. Bernard Pollard (Patriot killer

) gave him a high ankle sprain in the 2011 AFC Title game, but he didn't miss the Superbowl even though he was limited to being a decoy.

They brought him back too early from the arm injury to get him in for the playoffs and he re-broke it on a simple play. Then he had 4,562 surgeries in the offseason. The team doctor who initially cleared him to play was eventually let go from his position.

Rob didn't want to go through that **** again so he took his sweet *** time coming back and missed the first 6 games of the 2013 season. TJ Ward took him out in Week 14 on a collision that would've torn 100 out of 100 ACL's. Unfortunate and unavoidable.

I think his stupid left arm is brittle, but the glass label he carries is a bit overblown. Gotta consider the circumstances.

I'm not here to slander Jimmy and call him soft. I saw Talib completely shut him down in a game last year though. Held him to ZERO catches in a full game. I've yet to see something like that happen with Gronk.

Gronk blocks.

Golden Tate is having a killer season with Matty Staff.

Golden Tate had below average years with Russell the Bully.

Any thoughts on this fellas?

Tate was a very good player on Seattle as well... Far from below average. He led the league in YAC last year.

Stafford throws the ball a lot more than Wilson, and he also doesn't spread it around as much (or the Lions have less WR depth, whichever you prefer).

QFT for emphasis my fellow patsy brethren.

so I read about it and especially about the eagles, since they are my team.. and if I see something interesting I post it.

...

Keep up the quality work...

You do know you don't have to read what I post, right.. Hell, you can block me if the big bad numbers make your head hurt

However, the Cowboys lose tonight we all know you'll crawl back into your shell for about a week

Give me Heath all day long :smokin

How conflicted were you with Pittsburgh vs. Indy?

Typical game in Roger's new NFL, but Big Ben having an all-time great performance.

The pass catching distribution for your team was very impressive. Everyone got to eat.

Polamalu and Harrison with sacks.

Holy --

You know me well

Yeah I mean some of the throws both QBs made would've been awesome and completed in any era. That said, over 1K of offense kinda hurts my soul :smh:

The hell you talking about typical?

That game was the exact opposite of typical
