She's stuck up because the guy said God bless and smile? Best believe once she says thank you and smiles he's going to take that as she wants to converse and that's where it gets uncomfortable.

Haha you know what i mean.  Most humans are attracted to shiny things.. and shes shiny, so they covet her.  There is no ring, or boyfriend on her... Why would I not try to meet her if im interested? How am I to know that she wouldnt be interested in me?  Her argument is non-existent.

I don't think there is anything wrong with saying hi to a chick on the street. I think there is something wrong with the pursuit continuing when she is clearly ignoring your advances. I'm a man so if a dude was following me I'm immediately in defense mode but at least I know I can defend myself. A dude following a woman though? Couldn't that be scary?

Actually my thoughts could'nt be more valid on the subject.  The fact of the matter is, your attire does factor in to everything, as does your facial expressions, your hair, the wrinkle of your jeans etc.  Everything about you elicits a response in your fellow human being.  She was gifted with a body that is curvier than most, and she made a conscious choice in attire to accentuate hers curves and body, as is her right. Humans are sexual beings.. all of us.. You do understand the laws of attraction correct?

   Its also the right of a human, to speak to other humans as well.  Throughout the video, there were two instances where dudes may have overstepped a line, by attempting to garner this girls attention.  And they were rebuffed.  At the end of the video, a gut said make it home safe, or something to that affect.. and she recoiled in horror.  Yes.. the horror of someone saying hello, asking how you are doing, hoping you make it home safe.  These arent dudes jumping in her way, impeding her progress.. these are guys who notice an attractive female and want to be noticed back.

A guarantee you that the more aesthetic and athletic amongst us, receive their fare share of hellos from females as well when walking down the street.. when rocking a tank top vs. a baggy sweat shirt or something to that affect.

kind of humorous as i just noticed that i went out on a couple of dates with one of the women in this video

anyway the dude in this video is a straight up ahole

especially when he talks about one of the girls being harassed - "well she's walking around in the ghetto. what kind of reactions do you expect from the people living there!" straight up racist dweeb ****

After seeing his foolish logic in the ray rice thread and resorting to silly slick talk rather then addressing the factual issues, I realized he's either a troll or overly emotional and doesn't know how to express himself properly.

Regarding the video though, a few of those instances where harassing, everything else was innocent and knew when to fall back. If your girl or mother is out and about solo and some dude tries to talk to her in a respectful manner there's nothing wrong with that. Once she mentions shes taken or isn't interested though, if the dude falls back, its no harm. The guy saw her out solo or with her girlfriends,in his eyes maybe shes single.
