Barge Cement is what you mean.. You bought a DS pair to wear huh?.. After Js sit for a number of years DS they become unwearable.. Some pairs are just too old to put through the paces..On 12s that usually means sole separation around the toebox as you have pictured and the JUMPMAN tab will crack and fall apart..
A bit of advice would be if your shopping for older Js to wear...Look for NDS pairs, they will live longer because they have had a break in period.
