Hey guys just wanted to get a legit check on these. I bought them from someone on EBay who had 100% feedback with 94 feedback. Got these for $266, started the listing at $200. I saw the seller sold a few XI breds and some cool greys and the 5 others who bought gave him positive feedback. However me being very critical i went though a lot of videos and pictures to determine myself. I am thinking these may be better fakes then the easy ones to spot. What made me think they were real, was the fact that the carbon fiber was not plastic, the 23s on the back didn't look so easily fake however with the following pictures you guys can help me determine that, the shoe laces have white tips, the inside has the proper size sticker and when I pull out the padding, underneath it has clean stitching, the hole, and the numbers. Now here is what I think makes them fake. First off the box, the paper I think looks darker then it should be, however I have seen a youtube video of some guy getting his at footaction and opening it outside the mall and his paper is darker. HOWEVER his box also has the stamping on it, mine does not. My box also doesn't have the Nike sticker on the bottom under the Nike addresses, but again I saw another youtube video where the guy has a sealed pair in plastic and there is no sticker under the addresses. I have heard people say well the shoe is made in different countries and factories so just because they differ doesn't mean they are fake. Can someone please clear that up?  With the shoe, what really got me was the shoe trees. As you will see, notice that the right shoe tree is not only a darker red then the left, but it is also smaller as the left is more wide on the side. Also the left one the glitter on it easily peels off as my picture shows, very low quality shoe tree. In terms of inside the shoe, I noticed the production dates on the size tag are 6/12/13 to 7/10/12 on the right, and 6/12/13 to 7/12/13 on the left. That really alarmed me, but I saw in another thread here on NikeTalk someone saying he got his legit pair at a retail store and the production dates were not the same so is that a big issue? And one more thing I don't think the shoes when put together are even. Notice on the picture from the back when I have them together, the white part of the shoe above the red sole on the left is higher then the one on the right. I have to push the shoe down to make it more even. Which brings me to the next thing, it seems they don't balance equally on a flat surface. I push the left one down to level with the right shoe on the white part, yet the right shoe doesn't have that same issue. So there it is guys, please give me as much feedback as possible as you check out the photos below and give me every critique and details on what you think of the shoe. Oh and one more thing, I told the seller I think its fake and where he bought them. He said House of Hoops but if I have any doubt I can send them back for a full refund no hard feelings. NO HARD FEELINGS, hmmmm those three words kinda raise the eyebrow even more......Anyway here are the pictures sorry for writing so much, its just so frustrating to know these days especially when people who get theirs at footlocker or finishline are called fakes yet we do know JB isn't known for the best quality control these days. Let me know if I need to upload more pictures and what angles.

Fakes.
1.box is not that tough
2.paper in box design is so clear.
3.back tounge tag stitches are not clean
4.back 23's are off. Should be straight.
5.jumpman on the side is off too. Ball should be in the middle of the 2's and 3's.
Sorry but fake indicators lit up.
IMHO

fake bro, high pl cut in the back, wide 23s, SUPER dark writing on the paper, funky toe box.

The pair pictured are 100% fake.. Now on to your questions..

Shoe trees and paper in box are 100% wrong as you suspect..Collars are fat, sole color is off.. Fakes have had "real" carbon fiber for a few years now..So don't use that as a tell these days...Production dates will vary on legit pairs so thats nothing to worry about.
As for EBay feedback is irrelevant when dealing with shoes..

This is how I would proceed..Get your refund through PP. Don't deal with the seller. Give him bad feedback, and pull out the insoles of the shoes and write FAKES in Sharpe or a marker on the shoes under the insoles before you return them..Seller probably won't look there when you return them but the next guy he sells them to probably will.. This is a good way to take a fake pair out of circulation..Feel me.

I have repped you for the nice quality pix. I wish everyone would upload pix this good.. Good luck and touch back and let us know how it turned out..

Thanks to everyone for responding and confirming my suspicions. I will let you know what happens when I get this all squared away with Ebay. Also as you can see I am new to this forum, so if I hit the thumbs up button does that mean you get rep points? Also thanks for reading my description in addition to the photos. After I posted I thought oh crap I wrote a damn 100 page essay people will be like "Man I ain't reading all that" But yeah I will keep you guys updated with what will happen. Thanks for the responses again, VERY HELPFUL.

To add to Timmybrixx's post...

If the breads you just bought were advertised as "legit" you can make a claim with Paypal that you got scammed with fake shoes.  You can show them this thread as proof, and compare it to a real Jordan XI. Paypal ALWAYS sides with the buyer. If they believe you have been sold fake shoes that were said to be real, the seller has  a grace period in which you can send the shoes back and they send you a refund. If they fail to do so, money will be given back to you and you can keep your Bread. It's straight to court after that...
