SERIAL PODCAST - Adnan Granted a new Trial

Got hooked, and I'm all caught up. Adnan knows more then he's letting on. He didn't murder her himself, but he definitely had some connection to it. Jay just looking out for himself. There's something between Jay and Adnan that only they know about.

yeah man it just doesn't add up. the night before, adnan calls her 3 times after midnight (same day she writes in her diary about being in love with the coworker). she goes "missing" and he never calls her after that to check up on her. 

also on the day of, he cares so much about whether or not his so-called "acquaintance" jay got his girl a bday present that he let's him borrow the whip and cell phone. falls in line with the theory about adnan trying to find any reason to get in his ex's whip after school. i think it was either jay or one of the female students in the hallway that mention that
 
I'm really surprised Adnan never took the stand. And equally surprised jay held up so well during 5 days on the stand.

Crazy that the jury assumed jay was going to serve the time. Too bad Adnans Defense attorney sucked. I couldn't stand her questioning.
 
He did that ****. You never hear any hurt or anger in his voice to supposedly be locked up all those years for a crime he didn't do. He's a manipulator
 
yo i just checked out the subreddit and some of adnan's homies from hs are posting some crazy stuff. dudes explaining the anonymous call and everything. don't know what to believe, but there's a lot interesting info there 
 
yup that's the one. reddit is so damn confusing to me, but reading through those threads are making me question adnan even more
 
Does it get better. My wife's been going on about this so I listened to the first one - it was okay but not the most fantastic thing ever.

Is it worth persevering?

Thanks. I never seen that. Kinda shocking to read. But after going through the comments and the fact that it's 3 weeks old I'm inclined to dismiss it. Unless that guy gets verified or someone else supports it.

I feel like its either Adnan or Jay. I can't see a scenario where they were both involved.

It's pretty much the same all through the episodes, just looking at different views and possibilities. If you didn't enjoy the first one much, it's more of the same through the rest.. just giving more information and speculation throughout.
 
adnan's brother confirmed that adnan stole money from the mosque but tried to downplay it and then deleted his post. not sure if anything else has been confirmed but there are a couple of verified people in the subreddit
 
Just listened to the last episode. This podcast blew my mind from the beginning til end. Just went ahead and donated $50 for them to do a season 2. Great Pod :nthat:

will listen to new episode later.
 
I thought episode 9 was the best one yet. I really enjoy hearing Adnan speak, so much perspective a person in his situation has that i wouldnt hear otherwise. all along ive been leaning towards he's innocent, but after that episode i hope more than anything else he is.

can't believe how the cops and lawyers handled this case. how could they ignore so many facts?
 
Couple episodes left. Do we find out who the killer was/is? or do they leave it for interpretation?
 
doubt they come to a conclusion.

dudes guilty as hell man. why doesn't get get pissed any time jay gets mentioned, he just shrugs it off like "oh well what can i do, its partially my fault." son if i didn't do something, esp. of this magnitude and this dude was lying his *** off puttin' me in jail, i'd be irate.. instead he's calm and collected never says anything about jay being wrong or anything of that nature.
