Is this fixable?? AJ 4 Retro Toro Bravo

Just copped a pair of toro which is my all time wanted, but unfortunately I accidentally scratched it. I didn't even notice until I walk back home... Feel like dying right now

Just want to know if this is fixable, I live in southern California, greater Los Angels area. If anyone know any place, please let me know.
