they sell more healthier stuff, it depends what you're buying though.
If you go to trader joes and buy a product thats full of fat and sugar it won't be different than going to a safeway and buying a similar product with the same nutrition....

I ate a whole jar of the cookies and cream cookie butter with a spoon. I went through it in a week. I would just infrequently grab it and eat some....but i couldn't stop...its so good

Won't accept this TJs slander....
They have fruits and veggies as well as meats (no deli)...it's beyond easy to put together a meal that wasn't pre-made. Of course they do have a nice selection of pre-made items, but what grocery store doesn't?
If you can only find cookies/snacks in there, maybe you should think about your diet more than the items that YOU choose to buy when walking in.
