got my 2011 pair and will still cop these... i only wore them like 10 times or less too.. will prally sell them once i get the new pair... the new joints look more like the OGs to me
 
I hear from that nightwing YouTube guy that ironically the WC IVs from 2012 were real leather

Back to these, I'm in for a pair. Toebox will be tough to maintain but its a dope colorway.

That could be true,maybe coated with something else as well,the material was really stiff but I must say I wear mines a bit an the creasing on them is minimal, may not be the softest of leathers or whatever it is, but I will say its very durable. No paint crack or heavy creasing yet, can't say the same about those black an red 4s, sorry to go off topic guys.

Yeah its coated with polyurethane...jb/nike heard our cries of creases from the 1st go around of retros and started to put a lot of polyurethane on most leather retros of the 2nd run to decrease the creases

ive heard something like this before,make sense.
 
looking at my 2011 pair an looking at these pics, an i still feel the 2011 is better shaped imo the best thing about the '15 is the dark midsole and green used on tongue,something about that toe box still seems weird.

Depends on the disco, I got it when I picked up my Chi's from there and was skeptical about using it on new release retros. Manager told me it was as good as cash, not just a discount
 
The 2015 toe box is trash & I don't like all that blue on the tongue better yet even the pattern on them.. I'm disappointed I can't do this release I'll prolly regret being tho my 2011 pair is beat.. What should I do? Stock 1 just in case?

I really don't like the tongue either but I am grabbing these because my 2011 are beat.

These are not getting worn for a LOOOONNNNGGGG time though,
