Only thing I'm disappointed about is the fact that 2015 pairs don't have those chrome lace tips....

So far it looks like they've been sending more pairs to nike stores.
The last couple releases nike stores have had a lot more pairs than usual.
Someone also posted a picture of shattered backboard 1s in ridiculous numbers at the employee store.

So then what do niketowns do with all the unclaimed pairs? Was it all a big lie when they said they go back to nike?

Stores that are doing the new twitter pilot raffle send their pairs back to nike. Stores that are still doing in store raffles still have a raffle pickup cut off time that they'll sell pairs after. Those same stores will allow phone orders on monday.
The real question is what is nike doing with raffle pairs that aren't picked up when they are sent back to corporate.

Another word is everybody who want a pair should get a pair at retail or pay extra no more than a dub, UNLESS you buy a lot of pairs and wait for at least 2 years to sell them. Kinda long and risky investment.....hmmm
Anyway my point is reseller aint gonna get **** on these and that is what i like lol

i think that only applies to the niketowns that are currently piloting the new raffle system. any unclaimed pairs from those niketowns will go back to Nike, supposedly. niketowns doing regular raffles will have same procedure....that is call Monday for phone orders etc.

The only thing I like about the 2011s are the aglets and the color blue they used otherwise the 2015 don't look bad except the toe box shape.

I just think people like what they like and dislike what they dislike. Different strokes. Even back in the early 90's when these shoes were originally relleased, you had people who loved them and you had people who hated them. Everyone has different tastes.

Damn I lowkey want these but I'm 500 shy of getting a sport bike. All black '08 Suzuki gsxr 600 for 1,800 so I'll live lol resell won't be too much a problem since these GR'd out the ***.....

Half of them don't even know the history behind some of them (Bordeauxs, Chicago 1.5, and so on). I understand some people don't buy for history but they at least know something about the shoe before insulting it.

I will tell you this, history or not, Bordeaux are killer shoes, AJ1.5 are hideous.

Agree on getting the bike bro. These if you come back a year from now will not be to bad in terms of resell maybe $250 or so. Enjoy the bike for now.

Definitely the sole. I mean there is a reason nike scrapped that look and went with what we know as the aj1 model today.
I can tell you in all honesty, if the 1.5 were the 1s originally, I would think the 1 is ugly. And I love the 1.

I'm sticking to my 2011s, there have been too many pictures of these with the jacked up toebox. Unless your able to cop in store and cherry pick your pair I wouldn't risk it.
I agree, 1.5s are terrible.
