BORDEAUX 7S JULY 18th 2015

Entered a raffle at the local FNL before I went in to work today, hopefully I hit

Yeah I know how the system works....I entered the Nketown Chi online raffle. My point is I cop at NTNY regularly on RD and a 7 that had lower allocation then this 'GR' was the test kick for the new raffle and either corporate decided not to go with its flagship store in the U.S. (NYC) or the flagship store opted out.

The SBB drop at NTNY was 'problematic' to say the least AND still it didn't opt in or corp didn't make it roll out the new raffle until now. However this 'GR' corp decides it warrants the raffle treatment....which doesn't make sense if there is truly a large quantity of bordeaux.

I have 5 nike+ accts and there is nothing in the raffle system that would prevent me from entering likewise and because it's an instore pickup there's no way to get Megged by the cyclical shipping address. There's nothing in the system that can truly 'ding' you and get you blackballed. again I know NTNY and there's enough foot traffic that I could reasonably pick up multiples from raffle wins.

I've got a unique name so I personally don't think I could get away with it but I'm sure someone with a more common name could pull it off. I do remember some people getting refused pickup in the Twitter rsvp days for attempting multiple pickups.

As far as nikeny opting out, I'd imagine they didn't want to rock the boat at their biggest store so they started with the midsize stores first. I checked and it looks like this week every single Nike store that will have bordeaux 7s is doing an online raffle.

Wondering how long it take before rsvp service comes back. Like im guessing they could have multiple ndc accounts and give you a better chance of winning. I dont know exactly what im saying but i know there is always an expliot that someone will find to F everything up

Can someone break down this nike reserve thing? I live about 10mins from a Niketown so if I can reserve these there that would be great

Follow your local Niketown on twitter, and see which day they are having the rsvp open up. On whatever day and time it opens up your store will tweet a link. Click the link and it will ask you sign into your NDC account and from there you will pick your size and confirm location. At some point it will ask for your phone number so they can text you a code to confirm. You have to enter the code to finsih the reservation. The reservation is only open for 30 mintutes. If you win, you will receive an email giving you the pick up time. If you lose, you will get an email saying you lost.

This release is kind of iffy to me, when the Hares released I thought my cousin was going to use the plug to get them for me.  I used the SNKRS app and made it to the enter you card information part so I don't know how it will work without the app with me trying FTL, CS, and FTA.

RSVP is dead the way the online raffle system is set up they would need your account and other info to enter ur name once.

the Nike plus account should have your address on it then that would mean having multiple emails names address numbers all that stuff to make multiple accounts per person ......

PLUS WHO WOULD PAY THEM TO DO SOMETHING YOU CAN DO YOUR SELF.

an NT'er that ran a ATC service entered at whole bunch of Nike towns with previous stored info, but it was for himself and maybe some close friends of his

and lastly them shiek codes still going strong

lets hope this stays good money and fair

NBA Store will probably release these online, even though it's nearly impossible since they put probably only a fsr on their site

Anyone in this thread from NC? Specifically Greensboro. Just got here for a new job and was wondering if any locals can provide a list of  Shoe stores/ boutiques  to check out around the area.

Thanks in advance.

Dam Im in asia till the 21st so Im going to miss out on these. Anybody have suggestions on how I could still have a chance of getting these at retail? Online perhap?

Can anyone tell me what the 2011 quality was like?
IMO it's great as far as 7's go. The're definitely one of the pairs that have the best overalll shape and the nubuck has a nice thickness to it. I would compare it to the DMP charcoal which to me is the best 7 period as far the nubuck and shape is concerned. Not to be compared to the 2012 charcoal where the shape is good but the material is flimsy as hell. 02' charcoals are nice but I feel they are in the # 2 teir. The AJ 7 has always been up and down and never consitant with quality, mold, etc even within the same year. This years mold for the 7 are not even better than 2012's minus the GMP's.But even those didn't really have sloppy peaks and paint. They just factory tied the laces OD tight which made it have that bananna shape. Once on foot they look good though. Like I said said before the only plus is the 2015's may look closer OG but you don't get the OG box so you don't have the whole experience. I personally like the lighter midsole, the chrome lace aglets and the mold is definitely better so I would tell anyone who just wants one pair of bordeaux's to get the 11's if you find them in vnds-ds condition for a good price. If your looking to double up or don't care about quality cause these to me are not remastered at all, or can't find the 11's for a decent price then go for the 2015's. I have 2015 Hare's and they make me miss my CDP's. I only copped because trying to find a DS sz 12 CDP for a decent price has been hard. Also the 2011 YOTR's are better than this years "Remastered" Hare so again you have the up and down cycle. It's a gimmick that Nike/JB uses all the time to their advantage. Some releaeses are better than others whether it be GR or limited. You just have to pick and choose.

Don't sleep on these fellas

I went to a few stores and more people signed up than expected compared to the previous GR's I've seen this year.

A Finishline told me they ran out of tickets.
Yea, happened to me too. The first time ever hitting up a spots and was told they ran out out tickets.

After going half down on the Hares and having to return them, I went TTS on my raffles for these.

Same. Luckily an NT member bought two pairs: one he sized down the other he went TTS..and the pair he sized down on was fortunately my true size. Got my pair from him and am very happy with them.

I too entered my true size in raffles this time.

Walter..
