BORDEAUX 7S JULY 18th 2015

^Of course not, he didnt have to be picky ,cause whatever pairs he was given were guaranteed 100% on point, with absolutely zer0 flaws.

so crazy how these are made back then to ball in and literally destroy...years later we all trippin on em on a connisuer messageboard for them ontop of the hell we go through to get em

LOVE IT!

I bet MJ himself wasn't this picky about glue stains, pre creases and scuffs when they hand delivered his shoes

Well when you get them for free and to play in lol

Yeah for sure, and what you said about taking them to the grave... that's the way I've been looking at it a lot more lately, and started wearing my more rare and valuable pairs more often with less care, but just out the box I like them to look fresh and crisp for the price is all. I usually ignore the glue marks, but they just really stand out on this pair is all, like you can notice it when on feet. But you're right, in the end I'm just gonna wear them into the ground...
Exactly. I get that with the continuous price increases people want them to be flawless out of the box but that's just not going to happen. At the end of the day they're still shoes.

It's not like you're really going to get much better quality because of $20 increase anyway. They're just increasing the price because of the demand. People will buy no matter what.

I guess I could understand if something was really f*cked up but some of this stuff people are posting I still can't really tell what's wrong with close up pictures....

Then when I watch the Youtube videos people spend 5 minutes talking about the box and paper they're wrapped in....like wtf. I'm obviously old school and not a collector because that stuff means nothing to me.

I just ordered them on finish line, but didn't get the confirmation email, does that mean it could be canceled?

I know, I hope the orders on FNL go through.  But yeh I see several on ebay right now with bids of $240 and still has a few days left...

My guess is those are shill bidders. If you dont know what a shill bidder is its a generic account made by a seller to up the price of his auction. It can also be friends or fellow sellers helping the seller out by doing it and in turn shill bid on their stuff.

Its very common hell i use to do it with a couple niketalkers like ten years ago when i was selling off my shoes

Or it could just be people who have a boat load of ebay gift cards like myself who prefer to use that instead of money lol

FNL has an ad for a "tax free holiday" in New York from 7/15-9/4....couldnt find anymore info on that but i was charged sales tax whats up with that
It's for clothing and shoes priced below $115.

Yeah your pair is better than most I saw, minimal glue issues, but I still see some, and the smaller perf holes still aren't punched through proper, but yeah, definitely looks better than mine, and maybe all the in store pairs I looked at today...
The smaller perforations are not supposed to be punched through, just like his pair looks. Luckily my pair looks the same, nothing to complain about. :smokin

You'd need a confirmation email, might want to check your account's order history, if you have a order number you should be good.

since we are on the box now..i wonder why they didnt drop em in OG box since they are remastered...1-6 gets the treatment
Nearly all of this year's retros came in the 30th Anniversary boxes.

Lol I'm unsubcribing next couple of week in here will annoying complains after complains :smh: :smh: :smh: mofos ain't never satisfied

So here's my take, and this is coming from someone that absolutely loves the bordeaux 7, they were my first pair ever when I was a kid, and I own the 2011...

Anyone talking **** on the 2011, likely either doesn't own the 2011, didn't buy the right size in the 2011, or is trying to make themselves feel better about the consolation prize that is the 2015's. And don't get me wrong, I bought the 2015 as well, cause I love the shoe in general, they could have really screwed it up, and I still would have bought it...

All that was remastered was the shape, and the color... maybe it's closer to the OG overall, but quality wise, these are far from perfect. The toe bump is VERY noticeable in person, EVEN WHEN WORN, and it looks BAD. The perforation holes are barely poked through in most spots, this also looks bad, and perhaps worst of all... the glue stains on these is absolutely terrible, and I looked through many pairs before settling on mine. I feel bad for anyone that ordered online, cause it's a real crap shoot what you will get.

And again, these are not made with real leather, as the Australian member here confirmed with the pic below of the insole sticker.

These are pretty close to TTS, possibly a little snug. If you went half up you might be okay, a size down, these are going to kill your feet. Everyone knew back in 2011's you had to go .5 down for a true fit. Even the store associates told us all to size down back then.

Here are some pics of the flaws, and again I looked at many many pairs. And it wasn't just lack of hype, more of these were produced than any other recent GR... I see these sitting in my city for quite some time...

Again, don't get me wrong, this is possibly my favourite sneaker of all time, but this release simply is not good quality at all. I will wear them into the ground and enjoy them, but people need to stop acting like JB is blessing us with these remasters.

Dear lord toe box looking like drake in that one degrassi episode

I think instead of all the complaining we should be enjoying the fact we were all able to get one if we wanted one and still can online or in person at stores.  Today was so refreshing compared to the non sense of the Chicago and SB releases the past few weeks. No real stress and a really clean color way.

Copped with ease at my local House of Hoops. Wish more releases were this easy. I'm satisfied with my pair and I'm luckily not seeing any issues as far as quality goes. Looks like I'm good until the cement IVs next year.

Hey let people complain. Its their money spent

Shouldnt bother anyone else as long as your satisfied with your purchase

Im late...
What are the issues this time?

Theres always going to be issues because not all pairs will come perfect word to my chicago x's with a window on the side of the midsole and my infrared vi with stab wounds

Warning to everyone: The toe box will have your Bordeaux creased up in one wear..unlike the 2015 Hares or even Barcelonas.
Wear your sneakershields with the Bordeaux to help minimalize creasing..but with the toe box flaw..it probably won't even matter
