BORDEAUX 7S JULY 18th 2015

This may be a possible solution to why people who ordered later got shipping confirmation.  I am assuming FNL process orders either by time or numerical order confirmation (someone can correct me)  but people order different sizes.  So maybe the size you tried to ordered at 10 AM was sold out by the time they processed your order, but someone who ordered at 4 PM ordered a different size in which they had stock by the time they go to their order.  Thus fulfilling their order but not yours.

If you ordered a size 8 at 10 AM and someone ordered a size 8 at 5 pm and got shipping before you then yes I would like to know why, but until then thats my best guess.

I ordered a sz 11 at 10.27am and it got cancelled. My buddy order a sz 11 at 2.35pm and his are in the mail. We live in same city

FNL just got a up method of processing

Totally happy with my VII tongues, I have a big part of every colors of the bordeaux, the yellow seems to go from one tongue to the other.

I would ask for your friends order and shipping confirmation, then show FNL your order and his order and ask them straight up what happened.  Either way thats jacked up.

In all reality, I'm not sure most places do orders by order number.

I've been cancelled by nike on the same size as my buddy where I played my order much earlier than him.

The ordeal does suck tho for those that are affected.

gotta hold em accountable. does FNL give discount codes for F-ups like this the way nike does sometimes? if so, IMO itd b worth it to go get you one for this screwjob they pulled on u.
 
Yep, order confirmations are no longer golden (I'm not sure they ever was). That ship confirm is what matters.

I had the same problem, but mine is suppose to ship today. They tried to tell me that they are processed based on the time the order is placed, then just said 3 to 5 business days when I told them my friend got his shipping confirmation on Saturday and ordered after I did.

two malls around me and I grabbed da last 9.5 at a champs da other day. Looked like a return. Might be more people returning them but I like to be the first to open my box lol
 
Fnl cancel people orders today then close up shop so people can't blow them up ms complain till tomorrow lol

I'm in Philly and most places sold out by monday around me and the 1 place that didn't, didn't have my size.
 
They closed up shop like that? :lol:

I wonder if finishline can ask nike for some of those return pairs?

never trusted ordering with finishline online after they did the same thing to me during concord xi release. got email confirmation then got cancelled. on top of that you get charged and have to wait to be refunded

Same thing happened to me.

I still wake up in the middle of the night bugged out of my mind from that time FNL cancelled my Pantone 11 GOF Pack order.

Am I going to receive an email if my order gets cancelled? Order still says processing, is it pretty much a gurantee I'm going to get cancelled?

Somebody at finish line just wanted to remind people why most of us never even attempt to cop on their site.

While most people were praising fnl on saturday a few of us just knew it didn't feel right.

Most? Probably a few but dudes love Finishline when it works right. Look at all of the posts in here. Dudes were eating pretty good from there and there were numerous multi order stories too. One of the few sites that don't care if you order more than 1.
