2014 Nissan 370z Coupe or 2015 Dodge Challenger SXT Plus?

i hate these type of threads because it some how always makes me question peoples purchasing decisions.

How you gonna say no to the hemi because gas is too expensive...yet you are in the market for a $30k car.

buy a camry/civic/corolla/accord....save the rest

Correct me if I am wrong, but don't all Nissans with the high performance 6 cylinder engines require premium fuel(91 octane)? My '05 pathfinder did.
So wouldn't your requirement to avoid 4.00 a gallon eliminate the Z? I live in California and have to put 91 in my vehicle. OP, I don't know where you live but premium has been over 4.00 for quite a while now.

I'm in NorCal and we can get 91 for like $3.10 last week when I pumped at Costco. It's been going down steadily the last 3-4 weeks

If your going for interior room, get the Chally. Sports cars aren't for everybody. I used to have a Z. You gotta sacrifice rear seats/storage space/comfotability. Get the "Pony" Car.

come on man, people gotta buy a car but if your car is blowing through $60 of gas in less than a week it adds up. more expenses.

plenty of people spend $40k on a car with a 4 or V6 because of gas. not everyone wants a v8 because they dont need the power or dont wanna spend a crap ton of money on has especially since prices are going up and up and up

60 a week in gas I wish. I'm at like 6 mpg with the srt Cherokee.

But back to Op I would get the challenger. Like Zyzz saig it's more space and the interior is on point

That explains the long lines I always see. Costco has recently been significantly cheaper than normal gas stations. I filled up this weekend, but currently, where I get my gas, Premium is 3.45. A lot cheaper than 4.00.

91 has been like $3.25-$3.50 down here in LA.

Yea I'm at a good 100-125 a week depending where I'm working from. It's a love hate relationship with it but when you getting into a high powered car you already know what comes with it.

Was looking at a hellcat at the dealership :smh: :smh: I want 1 so bad.

pics?

SXT though? My Si could probably dust that.

It could haha things like Jerome Bettis. Takes a second to get the weight up to speed. From a roll though I could still take u

The only chally that's fast is the Hellcat. The r/t n srt pull hard but still too much weight and poorly distributed for street speed. The mopar muscle cars are nice for their size and feel not so much for speed. And certaintly not from a stop. Itll get eaten alive

Eerily similar. I'm in the market for a 2015 Z or 2015 Challenger

Either the Z or the Challenger RT Plus or RT Scat Pack

not sure if srs

take the best deal which is the RT scat pack. you get the 6.4

I know. Just don't know what I need the SRT engine for besides saying that I have a SRT engine.

how much is a r/t plus? do you really want leather?

Scat pack starts at 40k and YES people are ordering them at that price.

but i can understand if you just want a regular 5.7

just saw a sticker for the 6.4 and its not getting 18mpg in the city all because of the 8 speed. :pimp: :pimp:

370 is rwd and SXT is awd.

Such diff cars.....OP is confused. Diff in many ways
