Guerrero has always had issues and will have issues due to the large corruption and poverty in that state, but if you go to a nice place like Cancun or a mayan resort in Yucatan, you know the highly touristed areas? You'll be alright.

Its the same here, with parts of chicago being as bad, parts of oakland, detroit :x

If you plan on going to mexico stick to the tourist areas if you don't feel safe in general areas.

It comes down to which state you go to as well, you can go to any state you want just make sure you know your place in the cosmos and you'll be alright.

If you can't do this, don't bother...

One of my boys, he's mexican, he's having his birthday party down there in some club. He wants me and my wife to go but dude is an idiot. One of those dudes I wouldn't feel safe with down there. Dude be in the clubs down there flashing too much money, buying the live bands buckets of beer, buyin up the bar for strangers, just drawing too much attention. And he about that coke life

I live in SD too, closer to Chula Vista. It is a lot safer down there now than it ever was 3 years ago.

I still go, got SENTRI and cross with the quickness. However I have family down there but I still remember how crazy it got with kidnappings, even my own cousins/uncles got threatened smh.
 
Mexico is beautiful. At this very moment I would get up and go to Mexico City, Guadalajara, Veracruz, Guanajuato, Puebla, Merida, Chiapas, Oaxaca. So much beauty there and the whole entire big *** country isn't a warzone. Think of all the people that live there, and then you show up for 10 days to walk around and eat street tacos --- you really think something bad is going to happen to you besides mudbutt?

I wouldn't even go to a Walmart here at night but I've walked up and down the streets of Mexico City with a camera around my neck. There's way too many people there for anyone to give a **** about you.
 
Mystere nightclub used to be the spot in high school. Haven't been to TJ in years. Was supposed to go eat lobster in Rosarito but I'm still shook to go there.
 
Man bad comparison. If i go to Chicago or Detroit I don't have to worry about the police chief kidnapping me or a gang of drug dealers holding me hostage over political reason or hanging me off a bridge

The police takes bribes as well. I almost went to jail for taking a picture in public but I gave the cop some pesos

As long as you don't floss and mind your own TJ is okay to visit. They protect that area because it is a tourist area

Narcotics pills and syrup is easy to get there with no prescription.

Dudes used to use code and called it A-town or the A-town stomp. Used to work with a cat that would always beg to do any pickups from our TJ factory because he wanted to stop at A-town on the way back.

I mean it's whatever if you feel safe down there. I've done my share of traveling in Central America and I'm good at this point. If you think Mexico is what's up, go to Panama. :lol: You'll think you died and went to heaven.

Right. Hoods in the US will rob you, but most of the time that's it. These cartels are beheading people to flex.

No. At the resort itself. My cousin bought into it before they broke ground so he was an original member. And he took me there to check it out and copped.
