Women's Shoe question.

Hey guys need some help right quick. Trying to get my girl a pair of Kobe 8 pit vipers. Thought I had the right shoe but now I'm not sure. So my question is, are youth sizes the same size small men's size? I.e. Would a youths 5.5 be the same as a mans 5.5. Also if anyone knows just off the top, a women's 7 is what in nikes? Thanks much help would be appreciated, trying to have a special night here fellas lol. Thanks in advance.

A women's size is 1.5 sizes larger than a men's size. A size 7 woman is a 5.5 men.
Men sizes are the same as kids sizes. There is no such thing as a size 5 men to be honest. It's a 5 grade school.
