These seem to be a cheap phone if you can find em in store.

Allegedly they're ringing up for $9.99 at Target stores even though its $40 online. Also may not be every target store that has it ringing up for that price.

IDK about you but since the update it's been kicking me off every four hours. Also you can't use any old android phone with perk, it has to be updated to one of the newer android versions I can't remember which one off the top but search slickdeals they got a huge thread on this

I'll add the minimum OS requirements for android to OP post.

Android 4.0+ "Ice Cream Sandwich" OS is needed.

Perk was having issues all weekend with their servers, but I havent had any problem running that 1.2.9 apk.
