How do the retro 13 fit

I'm coppin the Grey toes on Saturday and I'm wondering how the 13's fit. I got narrow feet and normally I wear a 11.5 in Nike running and basketball shoes but my 6's are a 11.5 and I have to wear 3 pairs of socks with those *******. What size would I need in the 13's?
