Miss a Payment? Good Luck Moving That Car

So much fault all around.

Yeah people should pay bills on time, but some people shouldn't be getting approved to purchase things that are clearly out of their means to begin with.

Also, I'm kinda indifferent, towards some average joe running late on a payment or two, when big companies ran up huge debts only to get bailed out and some squandered the bailout money. Its easier to point the finger at an average everyday joe though.
You pretty much know what you're getting into, and you know the consequences. It's like asking papi to front you a brick knowing damn well what will happen if you don't convert it. You know you're getting in bed with the devil. Yeah **** happens, but don't really expect any empathy.
Y'all fools in here talkin bout "pay your bills" or either privileged or just too young to understand bills and money.

I work at a dealership that can do this. We don't do it when youre stopped at a stoplight though lol
The dealership I bought from outfitted this in my car when I bought my Lincoln MKZ. I'm never late with anything but, I thought it was a scumbag move.
dont trust him
crazy how dangerous this could be. but hey, we all know that money is more important than people.

“Some borrowers say their cars were disabled when they were only a few days behind on their payments, leaving them stranded in dangerous neighborhoods. Others said their cars were shut down while idling at stoplights. Some described how they could not take their children to school or to doctor’s appointments. One woman in Nevada said her car was shut down while she was driving on the freeway.
I don't know how your freeways work but I live in Nevada, ours don't have stops lol

Well, thats cool that people in an article are complaining about being mistreated for not keeping up their end of a deal are having this happen to them in the worst possible scenarios. Becuase, you know, theres no way they're exaggerating a bit in order to make it seem like having to immediately deal with the repercussions of their own irresponsibility seem unfair.

Im telling you what Ive seen with my own eyes with people that I know personally.

Not a bad idea with the kill switch thing.
Only thing is they should kill it when the car is not in motion, for the safety of the general public.

I get all these people saying
"We'll pay ur bills.............."
But I mean in real life **** happens people get laid off
People go through hardships
People could lose a loved on who made the money in the fam
All I'm saying is **** ain't just pay ur bills
**** happens

...and you take you're L and keep it moving.

Like you said **** just happens.

Of course **** happens, I've been through some ****. If ya'll wanna romanticize a friggin sub prime loan company, by all means go ahead. Having been through those spots, trust, there is no help or answer other than "just pay the bill". Best to get your mind right and understand everything before you get caught up in one of these, help and understanding will not be around the corner. Embed in your head that till the end of the term it will be "just pay the bill", they don't give a **** about what a nter thinks it should be.

True but bills still gotta be paid.

^ just paid mines off, my god the feeling is beautiful.

seriously a lot of people don't even understand they are living beyond their means. Believe me I'm the first to understand about hard times. people rather stunt and look like they got it, but have their car and frige on E.

I'll be completely out of debt in 2 years. Each month im that much closer. I'm glad my parents showed me how to live within means. If I go broke it will probably be due to the fact that I gave to much to the homeless/ needy/ orphans.
