Chick-fil-a manager tired of slang

i heard someone point out that this is ironic because their name is technically slang for chicken filet. either he jacked that from a teacher or the teacher jacked it from him. i saw the exact same thing on fb.

Why do some people have such a big problem with slang?

Do people not realize a lot of words we use today were once slang?

When you don't use the same slang, it makes you feel isolated from that population. So it probably just reminds that manager how "un-hip" they are in relation to their workers.

I would never try to control how my employees talk to each other. Unless they are talking to customers like this then yeah it's cool.

probably more the fact in an open floor like Chick-fil-a; it's all heard so if the manager wants them to speak without slang then he has every right to do so
