It's possible that there's some narrative in her loop that allows her to do that.

The more I think about it, the more I think at one point Ford transfered his subconscious into an AI...the way he controls them is NOT human...if he had some sort of earpiece or transmitter I'd understand, but he controls them like a computer running a program....similar to Maeve.

She's practically subconsciously guiding herself to the source....my take is Arnold built a failsafe and the only one that knows about it Dolores and that's what William is after in order to **** the park down.
