Has anyone on here swam with sharks before ?

It just hit me, I swam with dolphins back in 05 out in Bermuda but now im ready to takw on sharks. I am not sure yet if i want to free swim or be in the cage that drops in the water.

If anyone has been before can you give me a nice destination of where at ?

looking to book this for sometime early this summer coming up

Can anyone shed some light on this please, thank you !

if they did, they wouldnt have lived to tell it. there is a purpose why they have cages for sharks.

If you mean in a cage, no, I find that cruel to the animals. Yeah you might get a rush, but you're provoking a violent creature and wasting its time to satiate your ego.

lol. the humans are in a cage to protect u from them. this made me lol. they take u outn drop you in a cage and sharka circle u.

I have. like dude above me said...theres a cage docked far away from the pier where the sharks are. Then they drop you in the cage and swim in there. its pretty cool but scary af

It's messed up, you're taunting animals. Might as well point a laser at the wall and watch your cat claw at it.

watch shark week, they sense your fear, they feel ur heart pulse faster n they get crazy. lol again at guy thinking the sharks are caged loooiiiil

not sure if you're joking around but this is not the case. the're basically trained to come up to the boat to get scraps of fish. super docile.

i've been in the cage surrounded by some bigger sharks. was not scary at all because of the cage. i've been way more scared seeing small 3-4' sharks while night diving (no cage).

Ya its deff something that looks really scary cause you are dropping down into there environment where they are more powerful and comfortable with the surroundings.

Even being in a cage might not be the safest but it's something I would love to experience up close and personal.

To say you were in same water with sharks as they circle around you would be cool (to me Atleast)

^yeah. i forgot my underwater camera. but got some pretty good pics on my iphone. one of the tour guides would stick his foot in the water so the sharks would come up by the boat so i got a picture of that.

Umm sharks only attack when they smell blood...
They're not aggressive actually, they just gotta eat

Never with sharks but once with stingrays. Gentle creatures, as long as you're not an idiot around them and watch where you're stepping you won't get stung.

Really though, Shark Week on the Discovery Channel makes me feel like I have a black belt in shark-jitsu but I'd probably freeze up once I see one in person.

I'm not about that life... Cage or not
