Miinimalism and Shoes

i wanna dump all my shoes but it's an annoying process

if you are talking about selling everything one by one, some stores buy whole collection.

of course you're not gonna get the full price you could get by selling one by one, but you do save a ton of time.

do they take shoes than are worn a little? list of stores that do this? just wanna unload a bunch and create more space.

I completely agree.  I've already started doing this with clothing.

My mom likes to keep my fat clothes for my little brother to wear or just in case I need something to do dirty chores in but

1. he is literally like his dad, they both twigs who eat mountains and gain not a pound.

2. I have more than enough house clothes that fit, keeping my fat clothes won't help at all.

Never considered doing this with my books but he is right.  I may pocket a few extra hundred from selling all the books I haven't read since middle school.

not super familiar with this, but a couple of dudes in here could help you for sure.

RifLA buys collection.
Flightclub most likely too.
maybe ImageNY

other second hand shop probably do.

and i think they take NDS shoes too.

I have started to learn this as I get older although I will say I would rather be alone then just kick it one on one with a friend

I would rather hang in groups with friends at events; etc. then just chill with my girl when it's down time

i dont agree with that article completely but it has some good points... i will never get rid of my tv i watch sports all the time... and why go to the bar just to watch sports when it can be an inconvenience and force me to spend money... get rid of my car no i dont live in nyc and my clothes thats a negative also since i wear dress clothes everyday im not trying to wear the same 5 shirts every week to work... and i need to get rid of my shoes but im so attached even though i wont wear them all :smh:

No one really needs a ton of stuff in their life. You dont have to be minimalist (thats extreme to me) but be moderate.
Are you really happy owning 50+ pairs of shoes and just looking at them every day? Thats like 10k right there. Could've done something more useful with that money.
IMO one should buy only things that youre really gonna use. And when you stop using it, sell it.
Its a great feeling watching that money grow in your bank account.

this guy is the extreme.

his lifestyle is not suitable for most of us, but there is a lot of lessons we can learn from this.

there is always a medium that's reachable for everyone.
