Key and Peele appreciation

Man the soccer dive skit had me in tears :rofl:, they've made me laugh ever since they were doing their thing on MADtv

I think this show is terribly corny and I don't like it at all, but they were good on Fargo.
 
I ain't watched in a while but one random Saturday last year I woke up n it was on and I died bruhs. The substitute teacher and football name sketches had me crying. Was some corniness in between tho.
 
Show can be extremely corny at times. I do like a couple sketches though. I only really watch it if I'm at a friend's and they throw it on.
Both dudes are decent comedic actors fwiw.
 
i liked this one, but like people have said their skits are a hit or a miss but mostly misses. This one, the hat, the sub teacher, and the bowl game names one are the best to me.

 
Like the family matters skit went dark but was still funny. I wonder what Jaleel White thinks.
 
I've never seen that Family Matters one. That's the dude from Walking Dead. Haha.

If you guys have gone to Second City in Chicago, you can see where they get their influence from on their acting and sketches. Second City stuff is pretty over the top and it's just different sketches from say what Chappelle did.
 
The Obama meet and great, and the bowl game introductions are perfect examples of skits that last way too long.

k&p are extremely hit or miss because something can start funny & they will run it into the ******* ground

I watch this every now and then. Talented guys and writers. Funny, but I feel the skits last too long at times.
 
A lot of their videos are hit or miss like most are saying, like the Wire skit is one of my favorites but mainly because The Wire is one of my all time favorite shows.

But this one right here... I know damn well, folks in here have heard these ups and downs :lol: :smh:


 
hahaha this season has been really good. a couple mediocre skits but the ones that hit are gold

im a little surprised they cut out the crowd work / audience section of the show

now its replaced by the various scenes of them driving and talking in the car

Yeah they need to bring the audience back.
