Be Honest: Do Any Of You "Dumb Down" Your Text Language On Purpose When Talking To Females

Was in the bathroom at the airport and heard this dude on speaker talking to his boy and they were discussing this. ( Good one huh Jeff Jarrett? 8) )

Of course this depends on the type of female you are texting, but when talking to females from the "lower end", do you purposely misspell words and use text language?

I tend to just speak proper English to whoever is on the other end of the text.
 
Depends on the chick im talking to. I dont misspell words on purpose that seems kinda fake but i do use text language

Why compromise your intelligence? Sounds like you would be setting yourself up for incompatibility, whether as associates, friends, or relationship. Even if you're just trying to smash, you may not realize you're making communication more difficult by assuming someone is 'dumb' because of their vocabulary or grammar. I know women who hold doctorates and will send you "wat u up 2?", "gud nyte", etc.

I use to do that in my Sidekick II days when I felt like I was losing touch with my youth. Didn't realize how offensive it was to not only them, but myself.

You have to dumb down your communication and sometimes up it when talking to different people. It's called communication...most of times you keep it as is

Interpretation is one thing, but what you're talking about is assumptions, or stereotypes; which are offensive. Assumptions say more about the person doing the assuming than the actual person their attempting to speak with. OP is talking about texts, and assuming someone is uneducated because of their choice of words is just silly.
 
You got the game wrong.

Most women are looking to be upgraded. A hood chick doesn't necessarily want a hood dude just because that's what she's used to dealing with. Usually, she would much rather have a "boss" or someone who can upgrade her. Most women want to be upgraded. If you're DOWNGRADING yourself to appeal to a chick, then you can't really just show up one day as your "upgraded" self because you're going to come off mad fake and lame.

Long story short, you're better off being 100% yourself. Women dig it and if you're an articulate kinda guy, you have to come off as articulate and valuable. If you don't present yourself like your time and presence has value, it really doesn't matter how you speak to a girl, she's going to treat you like so, and if she doesn't, keep it moving.

ATLien hit it on the head imho in regards to being yourself.

Humor + being yourself + operating at +1 level above them but keeping a reserve works wonders.

There's more to it than that but this is all in terms of texting.

Here's a better question...how do the brahs feel about putting lol or lmao or smileys in texts?

I don't understand why everyone wants to change these things about themselves just to attract females.

Be yourself. If some broad doesn't like you for it, who the hell cares.
 
I misspell on purpose sometimes. But not like "I can't spell" misspelling.

Its mostly done for play play nomsaiyan.

My texts have emojis/smilies/lol/lmao a good 95% of the time, but in life in always laughing or smiling or expressing myself openly when I talk to females so I adopted it into my actual text style.

Like mentioned, just be yourself because you can't just pop up as your normal self one day after you were being fake all that time, then the real you gets seen as lame/fake or you just end up looking stupid period. Embrace yourself, you were made an individual & these chicks will respect the individuality no matter what. Even if they aren't feeling you they'll take notice to you being yourself around a crowd of others trying to fit in with each other & have their attention, that's already half the battle.

Don't overthink it guys lol
