NT need your help, sister got scammed for tickets

Sup NT,
my sister just called me and told me some tickets she bought over craigslist are fake, she is at the venue in LA and unable to get in. They were $200 total so want to do something. I drove her last weekend to pickup the tickets and dude seemed to checkout . I have his full name and telephone number, was wondering what else I could do. He lives in the Northern LA area

Take the L. Lesson learned, never buy tickets secondhand unless the seller is willing to meet you at the venue and get em verified in front of you.

Stubhub is the only second hand service I feel somewhat comfortable using.

I am sure if he's selling fake tickets he has other tickets on CL for sale. Set up a Google voice account. Text him from the Google voice number. Ask about tickets. Meet him. Tickle fight

dude wasnt black he was a white dude
that was dude name I took a picture of his social security card but he covered up the numbers, which is understandable. i shouldve just memorized them and written them down but didnt think someone would be stupid enough to show me his full name and sell me fakes

another NTer PMed me and they bought tickets from this person as well and have the same phone number and name. She was able to get a street and city from googling it its

Hamlin St.
Woodland Hills, Ca

Theres a couple options i'm thinking

1) if we can get exact address go to his house and demand the money
2) text the number that I have his address and scare him into wanting to give me the money
3)report it
4) try to see if/when he's selling more tickets and use another number to meet up with him and beat his ***

any help is appreciated

The police aren't going to accept "but he STARTED IT" if you actually assault this person or threaten bodily harm.  

If you use NikeTalk to essentially plan an assault, then this thread could easily be used as evidence against you.  Don't be foolish.  

A lot of Internet users have no stake in this and would tell you to do something stupid just for their own petty entertainment.  Simply contact the authorities.
