RIP. Like tmz most outsiders only know about the drug use. But when I moved here I realize the effect he has on this area and legendary status. He had a severe flaw, but he took care of his people.

RIP to him cause if you know what he did you know and if you don't know I suggest you go find out.The drugs was such a small part so small that that's why he was reelected;while some talk about change there're a few who actually do it and he was one of them.
 
The title is distasteful but for most outside of DC it's how he'll be remembered. And it is tmz, who's really surprised?
