The best part of that episode was when Lucious sat there and told Chris Rocks character that he was going to sign his & have sex with her right before he had Chris killed. You could just imagine the things going through his head during that time.

Makes sense. Those S1 finale #s were big. Add that with the word spreading more, ppl probably caught up with binge watching.
This season will be the real test for continued success. If they can tell a cohesive really good story while juggling all of these characters and subplots, this show could be as consistent as TWD and GoT.

So i had some free time on Saturday and watched the whole first season on Hulu and then the first episode of season 2 and im actually a fan. I like the overall concept and the characters will keep watching.. Also i have a crush on Jamal even though he is gay..

Last I remember Cookie was still trying to get him to smash and Lucius being arrested was the perfect opportunity for that. He was head of security and they still had that id card swipe in system he set up going.
I don't recall him getting fired or killed.

I liked the season premiere but this show is going way over the top with the extra stuff. I always looked at the show as just entertainment but they're just throwing a bunch of random things out there that have nothing to do with the storyline.
