What Should I Do About These Cherrys?

This is probably in the wrong spot, pretty new here and couldn't seem to find a goos restoration forum on here so here we go.


I got these low 2012 cherries for about 3.99 from a pawn shop, the biggest steal of my life!


Only problem is, they have these weird brown discoloration/stain things, and I have no idea how to get them out! Can I lift them, or will I have to repaint the shoe?View media item 1273469View media item 1273470
