Bruuuhhh...

These dudes are super nice... And the beats are insanely complex and great.

Whats really good with these cats?

Why am I just hearing about them now? DC cats keeping them a secret or something?

I have literally had "march on Washington" and "in the ruff" on repeat for the past 3 days.

Any other fans? Can y'all fill me on who these dudes are?

In the Ruff was an amazing album. Still haven't got a chance to listen to the new album yet. There were a decent amount of people down with them here when In the Ruff came out, I know nothing about these dudes outside the album though.

Yea man In the Ruff was sooooooooooooo good. That's all I ever heard from them though can't believe that was over five years ago.

Some of the DMV heads know a lot more.

Glad ricky made this thread I wouldn't even have known about March On Washington. Bout to check it out on the ride home from work.

Known them for years. Particularly XO.

I'm still floored by the level if fame Oddisee has reached.

March on Washington feels like a project that will get better with time

Diamond District also got connections with Phonte and Little Brother too

Oddisee is sick. I think I still have my copy of Foot in the Door around somewhere.

Check out Kev Brown too.

Oddisee is incredibly dope. That dope drops quality music consistently. He takes the Ryan Leslie approach by maintaining an understanding of the location of his fan base. That dude travels the world and eats well. It really is a testament to his analytic s to be able to live the life he leads without being a household name, though he has household talent.

I think his style would allow him to be consumed by a lot more people.
