If they are telling the truth, and Bill Cosby has been tried and convicted, then Bill Cosby should be in jail.

Bill Cosby is not in jail, Bill Cosby has been accused, and Bill Cosby has not been tried and convicted as the rapist that you claim him to be.

Wrong, I am defending due process, the law, and Cosby has never been convicted of a crime.

That was my first post on this topic. Since I do not want to go as far a rape, it seems that having at least a modicum of objectivity, is just a big of a crime as rape is on this thread. That should tell you something about the lack of comprehension around this topic.

Most sexual assaults where rape did occur are usually not brought to trial because it is very difficult to bring forth evidence and the law system makes it easier to defend rapists.

Anyone who is in denial about Bill Cosby after all that has been brought to the surface is only helping rape culture thrive and make it more difficult for rape victims to get justice.

I think what we have here that have dudes sounding like complete idiots and making asinine excuses is the inner conflict between accepting the multiple (multiple!) allegations, and seeing America salivate over yet again tearing down another black legend, one of its favorite past times. Wrong is wrong folks. That fight can be fought another day.

This comment right here is very disturbing because you are attempting to shame, guilt people into agreeing that there is enough evidence against Bill Cosby, even though there is NO evidence that Cosby has raped anyone. 

What you need to do is to shame those women who unfortunately lie about being raped, as in the case in U of VA, and then in historical cases like the Scottsboro Boys. They are the ones who screw up the justice for those who are victimized.

A 20-year-old woman told police that a masked black man raped her in a Brooklyn park Saturday — but recanted her story hours later, saying it never happened, cops said.

The mood indigo mindset is EXACTLY why alot of these women (and the others who havn't gone public) thought it was useless to report the rapes.

Cosby had a bunch of mood indigo's in the industry and under his payroll making sure his raping spree went unobstructed.
 
I don't believe these allegations. They stay doing us dirty. Dude is getting black mailed and/or extorted. Used him up for that Cosby run and spit him out!
