I believe he did personally... but I would not vote for a conviction if i were a juror in a court of law...
two different standards of evidence....
but taking a anonymous letter sent to a random website and posted by an anonymouse author... that's evidence enough for you?!?!

We can keep going in circles all day long, and the reason being is these are all allegations.
There is no standard of evidence because we can't go back forty years to prove anything, and you believe these women by the sheer number of accusers?

At this point in time, the evidence of it being a plot is less than the evidence that he actually did it
You got people putting their reputation on the line with nothing to gain to say these things....NBC employees (plural), 30+ women, news editors... etc all putting their name out there and standing by what they say.
Then you have the evidence that its a plot.... a single supposed letter (no evidence shown of an actual letter) sent by a random person to a random website and posted by a random editor... all unnamed and unidentified....

Personally, I would LOVE for there to be hard evidence to show that he's not guilty.
It's just that my standard for reliable evidence goes beyond shoddy blogs and anecdotal accounts from people who are personally close to him.

Nowadays the have rape kits, there can be definite DNA evidence.
If ones SOLE reason for believing he's guilty, that's pretty much the case.
To be completely honest, if you're only reason to believe he did it is the fact that there is 30+ accusers, I don't respect your opinion on this matter. Straight up.

2. Obviously you didn't read the original post in this thread.....I also consider accusations to be evidence.... whether it is strong or weak evidence is up in the air....
I already said I personally feel he's guilty, but I don't see enough evidence for a judicial conviction so I would not vote guilty in a jury....
Are you playing devils advocate or do you really think all these accusations, evidence presented by NBC employees, warnings by NBC staff to young female interns etc. is all a baseless plot to tarnish his image?
I'm not basing my stance on just the number of women, although that doesn't help his case at all.
I'm basing my stance on the similarities in the accounts of the accusers...on the fact that the accusers have documented personal interactions with Cosby...on the fact that the district attorney from 2005 said he thought Cosby was guilty of "something inappropriate", but didn't have the evidence necessary for a trial (this is common in rape cases)...on the accounts from NBC employees of less than savory behavior...on the fact that Cosby absolutely refuses to publicly address the issue in any capacity...on the fact that Cosby has a bit about dosing an unsuspecting woman's drink with Spanish fly.
So yeah...you can keep your respect.

Oh ok so not only do you think he didn't rape them you believe he didn't have sex with them to begin with? Because all a rape kit does is say that the person has been penetrated. If the rapist used a condom there will be no "definite DNA evidence"
So yeah if a person doesn't believe someone is a raped, a document saying "evidence of penetration, evidence of latex" isn't going to change their mind .. but
@ "I need evidence that they were raped".

Bill didn't do it. If anything, he may have banged like 2-3 of these accusers. I know sexual urges are sometimes insatiable but the man who I looked at as a second father growing up would never commit such a heinous crime. I am with Claire & Rudy Huxtable. They are spot on and right on the money.
